From this week I'll take part in the implementation team of Oracle ERP
in our company. It was scheduled to go live this August:(, as you can
see, it is September now. The reason is the global team spent too more
time in Australia than expected.
We were given lots of user guides, user manuals, and meeting minuates
etc., but no one tell us where to begin. To make it even worse, there
is no clear function separation between us and the global ERP
implementation team who will come China early next year.
