I just installed a new notebook PC with MS Visual Studio, but came with
weird things. VS refused to start debugging my web application saying
"Unable to start debugging of the web server, access denied" etc. I
examined all the items that said to help on Microsoft support site but
all in vain. In the end I read a message said someone downloaded 1.0 SP2
the it was fixed. So I installed .Net framework 1.1 on my machine, and
darn, the problem was gone, darn Microsoft, they never tell you the real
reason.
