Checkpoint VPN connection issue

I was unable to access VPN these days, reinstalled ADSL connection but no help, reinstalled CheckPoint client, no help either.
 
Finnally I took my notebook to the VPN administrator, he was confused at the beginning too. In the end he tried to delete local user profile of CheckPoint client, then create a new one, it worked.
 
Having no word to say, just keep it in case.
