How to extract multiple ZIP files quickly?

I find a WinRAR trick today, some software are packaged twice on
multiple volumes, that is, we have a list of ZIP files e.g. abc00.zip,
abc01.zip, etc. After extracting these ZIP files, we get abc.r00,
abc.r01, etc. Before I had to extract them one by one frustratedly, I
even wanted to write my own program to do the job:(.

The much more easier way is to select those files in WinRAR and then
extract, WinRAR will extract all the files.
