Tell Internet Explorer not to close a pop-up dialog automatically

I have Windows XP SP2 installed which carries a very annoying feature,
that is automatic pop-up killer. Well, it sounds good, however, even
though I turned it off all the time, IE still kills my needed pop-ups.
After many frustrated tries, I added my site to the trusted site and
the damn issue is gone.
