Productivity on Outlook with tags/labels

A quich scratch down in case I forget it later,

 

1. Copy a Day/Week/Month calendar view, and filter it with label='your condition'. For example, I need to monitor automatic server rebooting record, but they are just too many and mess with my existing appointments. So I created two customized views, one is to display server rebooting event only, one is to display others.

 

2. Normally, you will need to go View\Arrange By\Current View\... to select the view you need, it's cumbersome. I customized the toolbar to let them show a listbox in Advanced\Current View. Now it is just a click away.
